I'm not seeing information with instructions (Do I need to rinse the surface after cleaning?) or contact time (how does this product work against things like salmonella or E.coli?) I would love detailed information and testing statistics if they're available.

No need to rinse the surface after cleaning. We havent yet done any microbiological testing with the surface cleaners. It's in the pipeline, but we are much too small at this point (the cost of going through independent lab testing and EPA registration can run into the 6-7 figure range 💰🤯).
